No. Based on the policy of the Beijing Education Bureau, International school are not allowed to accept Chinese student. However, if one of the parents holds a foreign passport, then the school may get a special approval from the Education Bureau to accept the student.

It varies from school to school, some campuses or grades may be more difficult to get into than others. As a result, international schools may put your children on another campus first. It is recommended that you should start the school application as early as possible. Some schools require a deposit to secure a spot.
