There are one/two high standard medical clinics in Changsha. The Xiangya Hospital, which has extensive in-patient and outpatient facilities (including a Pediatrics department) and Global Doctors Clinic Changsha, which is a branch of the Global Doctor network that provides medical and emergency assistance services through China and the world. The city itself is also on the doorstep of Guangdong, where cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen offer some of the best international hospitals in China.

Xiangya Hospital
This is the best hospital in the area for foreigners. One of the earliest hospitals of Western medicine established by Yale-China association and considered the best in South China.

Global Doctor Changsha Clinic provides excellent quality health care for many expatriates from many countries who live and work in the region.
