REMOTE SITE ASSESSMENT



With remote site assessment, our consultants assess the livability of remote locations for your expatriate staff. As your company considers the economic/ financial feasibility of new investments in the inland regions of China, we can help you make the HR decisions. Although China is developing rapidly, there is still a lack of infrastructure and Western amenities in many areas of the country. Our team will visit your designated location and investigate local conditions, analyzing factors important to your assignees such as the availability and standard of housing, medical facilities, schools, transportation, availability of services and leisure facilities, expatriate networks and what activities would be available to the accompanying spouse so they too can create a rewarding life while in China.


We then prepare for you a comprehensive report on the facilities and infrastructure in the proposed new location, which can be used to inform investment decisions as well as HR decisions.
