Originally from Australia, Shelley is a China expert with over 20 years of professional and personal experience throughout the country. As General Manager, China Manager and a principal cross-cultural trainer at APA, she has co-developed and run cross-cultural training courses since 1995 for expatriates coming to work in China and for Chinese nationals working with expatriates.









Tony Voutas
Managing Director

Tony, an Australian, has been providing training and consulting in China for almost 20 years with Shelley. He is the Managing Director and a principal cross-cultural trainer for APA. He brings to his cross-cultural training for China a professional and personal knowledge of 28 of China’s provinces and an academic specialization in Asian Studies. Tony was Chairperson of the China-Australia Chamber of Commerce in Beijing in 2003/04.
